Working in this industry for over a decade just means I've seen it all, so yes I think I do consider myself a bit of an expert in wedding planning! Every single couple in the world will envision their own 'perfect' wedding day and I am simply here to make what's in your head turn into a reality. You will have your bride tribe by your side (that rhymed right?!) but I will be there to ensure you are both happy with the wedding plans right down to the very minuscule detail.

Bridezilla ... Nah!

When planning a wedding things can go a bit wrong, but that's why you've hired me, Im there to fix or solve those problems before you've even noticed anything happened! If you think your having a bridezilla moment at any point, seriously don't worry your entitled to that moment ... personally between you and I, the MOG (and I'm not talking about the 70's cat) The Mother of the Groom is usually more of a zilla than you! A top tip to handle this situation from arising? Just involve the woman, after all, she did create the human you are marrying!!

Budget doesn't allow for a wedding planner or you want to plan the wedding yourself, however, you still need that bit of professional advice and guidance.

This is a one hour meeting (preferably over a drink!) it's your chance to ask any questions. I am there to steer you down the right track and offer you supplier recommendations.

The 'popular' package! You've booked the venue and main suppliers but need that helping hand with the rest, creating an order of the day, logistics and physical help coordinating everything and everyone on your wedding day.

Four wedding planner meetings via google meets to discuss your vision, create an order of the day & seating plans.
Liaise with suppliers to discuss on the day logistics.
Unlimited messages via WhatsApp to discuss ideas, options, tips and to answer any questions.
One Site visit included to your venue for logistics planning - some suppliers may be able to meet us there too!
A face to face meeting one month prior to your wedding day to discuss & finalise all plans!

Most of the planning is done, suppliers are booked but now you need my helping hands on the day to get you down the aisle and hitched on time!

Assist with set up ensuring everything is as it should be.
One Google meets call but unlimited WhatsApp messages to discuss ideas, options, tips and to answer any questions.
One Site visit included to your venue for logistics planning & to finalise all plans for on the day!
Liaise with suppliers to discuss on the day logistics.

The ultimate wedding planner! You've just said YES but now need 'the wedding bestie, you never knew you needed' to guide your wedding plans from now until the day itself. Perfect for couples who don't know where to begin or those who simply don't have the time.

Whats included ...

Full wedding planning - your vision, budget, sourcing suppliers, creating an order of the day & help with seating plans.
Unlimited google meet calls, WhatsApp group chat for communication to discuss ideas, options, tips and to answer any questions.
I deal directly with your suppliers to discuss products, pricing, timings etc, but you sign the contracts & make their payments directly.
One Site visit included to your venue for further planning, inspiration and logistics planning - some suppliers may be able to meet us there too!
Full on the day coordination - from set up in the morning until your first dance.
A face to face meeting one month prior to your wedding day to discuss & finalise all plans!

Wait a minute ...

I need extra time on the day

The standard time from set up to your first dance is ten hours. If you need me for any additional hours on the day or for the day before or after (availability dependent) there is an extra charge.

I need extra hands on the day

On your wedding day, dependant on the total number of guests and how much you have going on, I might advise that I bring an extra pair of hands or more to help run the logistics of the day. Charge is per team member.

I need an extra call with Amy

If you feel you need a good chat with Amy to discuss your wedding day, maybe go over the supplier logistics, table plan ideas or you simply need that bestie (moi) to have a moan too about everyone driving you mad during this process, this is the extra call for you!
